All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Estimated delivery times:

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Velora Hardy is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.
